Refund policy

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

14 days, no questions asked

You can get a full refund of any charge (a first purchase or a renewal) within 14 days of that charge. Ask by replying to the Paddle receipt or by emailing [email protected] with the order number.

Moving from Maker to Commercial

Buy Commercial, then cancel Maker. We refund the unused part of your current Maker period, prorated by day, whenever you ask during that period.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days are not normally refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your licence stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If something is wrong (a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or the Software not working as described for you), contact us and we will look at it.

What a refund does

A refund ends the licence it paid for: paid features stop at the Software's next licence check, or within about 14 days offline. Your projects and results stay on your computer, and you can still open and export them.

If the business changes operator

A change in the operator of Axial Flux Studio does not reduce the refund commitments applicable to an existing purchase. Contact [email protected] or reply to your Paddle receipt for help; Paddle continues to process refunds under the applicable purchase arrangements.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any right to cancel or obtain a refund that the law of your country gives you.
